As the saying goes 'moving house is probably one of the most stressful times of your life' and phew nothing could be so true.

We've now completely filled the back bedroom with our packing boxes and we still have a tonne more to pack... where on earth is it all going to go!

Leaving a space for us to sit in the evening is our main goal... but we also need to 'smash up' the sofa and take that to the tip. Seems pretty drastic, but when we bought it we had to remove the front window to actually get it in the place and there is no way we are doing that again!

Unfortunately the leather has completely worn on the cushions to the point it's ripped and we have a throw permanently over it, so we decided a long time ago we wouldn't be taking it with us... the only way to get it out the place is to break it up and take it in pieces to the tip.

That'll be a fun job!

Not only do we have to complete this mammoth task of packing up the flat but we also have a lockup that we need to go through and get ready for being picked up on the day by the removal firm, oh and a garden and a garden shed!

I seriously don't know how people pack up a whole house, when we're only packing up a two bedroom flat.
